FA Cup Service Terms and Conditions   These Terms and Conditions apply to your subscription to the FA Cup Service.  Upon your subscription to this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.   1.       FA Cup Service Buy-through offer for now TV Mega Sports Pack and Netvigator Broadband subscribers only ("FA Cup Service Plan (Buy through) ").     1.1     You may subscribe to the FA Cup Service Plan (Buy through) for free to view FA Cup live matches from forth round onwards and selected FA Cup matches on a video on demand basis on http://now.com.hk/facup if you are both a now TV Mega Sports Pack subscriber and a Netvigator Broadband subscriber at all times during the period of your subscription to the FA Cup Service Plan (Buy through).   1.2     Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the now TV Mega Sports Pack service for any reason, your subscription to the FA Cup Service Plan (Buy through) will be automatically terminated at the same time.   1.3    Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the Netvigator Broadband service for any reason, your subscription to the FA Cup Service Plan (Buy through) will be automatically terminated at the same time.    2.      FA Cup Service - Standalone offer for Netvigator Broadband subscribers only ("FA Cup Service Plan (Standalone) ").       2.1    You may subscribe to the FA Cup Service Plan (Standalone) at $388 to view FA Cup live matches from forth round onwards and selected FA Cup matches on a video on demand basis on  http://now.com.hk/facup  if you are a Netvigator Broadband subscriber at all times during the period of your subscription to the FA Cup Service Plan (Standalone).         2.2     Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the Netvigator Broadband service for any reason, your subscription to the FA Cup Service Plan (Standalone) will be automatically terminated at the same time and the fees paid for the FA Cup Service Plan (Standalone) will not be refunded.    3.    General   3.1    Starting from 20 January 2009 to 4 June 2009, subscribers of all FA Cup Service Plans can access the FA Cup Service through their personal computers on  http://now.com.hk/facup through their residential Netvigator Broadband connections.   3.2    The FA Cup Service Plans cannot be subscribed to or terminated on-line.    3.3    Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (as agent for and on behalf of PCCW Media Limited) shall be entitled to amend any fees for the viewing of any program and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.   3.4    Please note that neither Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited nor PCCW Media Limited will be responsible or liable for any content (including on-screen graphics/insertions, advertising and commentary) in any program or any delay in reception, disruption or suspension, of the FA Cup Service.     3.5     You acknowledge that PCCW Media Limited has the sole discretion to select the matches from the FA Cup to be exhibited in the FA Cup Service on http://now.com.hk/facup. You agree that neither Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited nor PCCW Media Limited will be responsible or liable if not all the matches in the FA Cup are shown on  http://now.com.hk/facup , for the entire duration of the period from 20 January 2009 to 4 June 2009. 3.6    In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the now.com.hk terms and conditions apply to your access to and viewing of the FA Cup Service through http://now.com.hk/facup. In the event of any inconsistency between the now.com.hk terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.    3.7        The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any), which is provided for information purposes only.       Version : 2009/03_001
