now Sports Online Service Plans Terms and Conditions

 

Upon your subscription to any of the following service plan, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions relating to that/those service plan(s) and the now Sports Online service general terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time. 

 

1.      now Sports Online 18M Commitment Plan - $48 monthly service fee offer for now TV Mega Sports Pack subscribers only "$48 now Sports Online Service Plan"

 

1.1    You may subscribe to the $48 now Sports Online Service Plan at HK$48 per month (for a subscription period of 18 months to be automatically renewed at the same price on a monthly basis thereafter) for access to the now Sports Online Channels 1 to7 through your personal computer on http://now.com.hk/nowsports, if you are a now TV Mega Sports Pack and Netvigator Broadband subscriber at all times during the period of your subscription to the $48 now Sports Online Service Plan.

 

1.2    Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the now TV Mega Sports Pack service for any reason, your subscription to the $48 now Sports Online Service Plan will be automatically terminated at the same time. In such event, you shall pay all accrued charges and the administrative charge specified in clause 1.4 below. Alternatively you may subscribe to the $178 now Sports Online Service Plan (please see clause 3 for details).

 

1.3    Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the Netvigator Broadband service for any reason, your subscription to the $48 now Sports Online Service Plan will be automatically terminated at the same time. In such event, you shall pay all accrued charges and the administrative charge specified in clause 1.4 below.

 

1.4    If your subscription to the $48 now Sports Online Service Plan is terminated for whatever reason before the expiry of the first 18 months of the subscription period, you shall pay all accrued charges and an administrative charge equivalent to the total charges payable for your subscription to the $48 now Sports Online Service Plan for the period from the date of termination to the expiry of such 18 month period. 

 

2.      now Sports Online 18M Commitment Plan - $68 monthly service fee offer for now TV Mega Sports Pack subscribers only "$68 now Sports Online Service Plan"

 

2.1    You may subscribe to the $68 now Sports Online Service Plan at HK$68 per month (for a subscription period of 18 months to be automatically renewed at the same price on a monthly basis thereafter) for access to the now Sports Online service Channels 1 to 7, through your personal computer on http://now.com.hk/nowsports, if you are a now TV Mega Sports Pack and a Netvigator Broadband subscriber at all times during the period of your subscription to the $68 now Sports Online Service Plan.

 

2.2    Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the now TV Mega Sports Pack service for any reason, your subscription to the $68 now Sports Online Service Plan will be automatically terminated at the same time. In such event, you shall pay all accrued charges and the administrative charge specified in clause 2.4 below. Alternatively you may subscribe to the $178 now Sports Online Monthly Service Plan (please see clause 3 for details).

 

2.3    Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the Netvigator Broadband service for any reason, your subscription to the $68 now Sports Online Monthly Service Plan will be automatically terminated at the same time. In such event, you shall pay all accrued charges and the administrative charge specified in clause 2.4 below.

 

2.4    If your subscription to the $68 now Sports Online Monthly Service Plan is terminated for whatever reason before the expiry of the first 18 months of its subscription period, you shall pay all accrued charges and an administrative charge equivalent to the total charges payable for your subscription to the $68 now Sports Online Monthly Service Plan for the period from the date of termination to the expiry of such 18 month period. 

 

3.      now Sports Online 18M Commitment Plan - $178 monthly service fee offer for Netvigator Broadband subscribers only ("$178 now Sports Online Service Plan")

 

3.1    You may subscribe to the $178 now Sports Online Service Plan at HK$178 per month (for a subscription period of 18 months to be automatically renewed at the same price on a monthly basis thereafter) for access to the now Sports Online Channels 1 to 7 through your personal computer on http://now.com.hk/nowsports, if you are a Netvigator Broadband subscriber at all times during the period of your subscription to the $178 now Sports Online Service Plan.

 

3.2    Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the Netvigator Broadband service for any reason, your subscription to the $178 now Sports Online Service Plan will be automatically terminated at the same time. In such event, you shall pay all accrued charges and the administrative charge specified in clause 3.3 below.

 

3.3    If your subscription to the $178 now Sports Online Service Plan is terminated for whatever reason before the expiry of the first 18 months of the subscription period, you shall pay all accrued charges and an administrative charge equivalent to the total charges payable for your subscription to the $178 now Sports Online Service Plan for the period from the date of termination to the expiry of such 18 month period.

 

   

4.      now Sports Online 1 - MOOV/MEDIA 12M Retention Plan retention offer for Netvigator Broadband subscribers who commit MOOV.now.com.hk or MEDIA.now.com.hk 12 months retention plan only ("now Sports 1 Online- MOOV/MEDIA 12M Retention Plan")


4.1    If you are an existing MOOV.now.com.hk or MEDIA.now.com.hk customer who extend your subscription for a period of 12 months at a monthly subscription fee of, HK$48/month for MOOV.now.com. service and HK$45/month for MEDIA.now.com.hk service (MOOV/MEDIA 12M Retention Plan) and you elect now Sports Online 1 as the premium for your subscription to MOOV/MEDIA 12M Retention Plan, you may access the now Sports Online service Channel 1 on a free of charge basis during your subscription to the MOOV/MEDIA 12M Retention Plan through your personal computer on http://now.com.hk/nowsports.

 

4.2    Upon expiry or termination of your subscription to the MOOV/MEDIA 12M Retention Plan for any reason, your access to the now Sports Online service Channel 1 will be automatically terminated at the same time.

 

 

now Sports Online General Terms and Conditions

 

1   Subscribers of all now Sports Online service plans can access applicable Sports Online service through their personal computers on http://now.com.hk/nowsports through their residential Netvigator Broadband connections.

 

2       now Sports Online service plans are not available for on-line subscription or termination.

 

3       Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (as agent for and on behalf of PCCW Media Limited) shall be entitled to amend any fees for the viewing of any program content, or channels of the now Sports Online service and/or amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

4       Neither Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited nor PCCW Media Limited will be responsible or liable for any content (including on-screen graphics/insertions, advertising and commentary) in any program or channels of the now Sports Online service or any delay in reception, disruption or suspension, of the now Sports Online service.

 

5       Neither Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited nor PCCW Media Limited will be responsible or liable if any programs or content that are exhibited on the nowTV now Sports channels are not available on the now Sports Online service.

 

6       In addition to these Terms and Conditions, your access to and viewing of the now Sports Online service are subject to the now.com.hk terms and conditions .  To the extent that the now.com.hk terms and conditions are relevant, the now.com.hk terms and conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis.  In this regard, references to the "Service" in the now.com.hk terms and conditions shall be construed as if the term "Service" specifically includes now Sports Online service.  In the event of any inconsistency between the now.com.hk terms and conditions and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency..

 

7       The English version of these General Terms and Conditions and the now Sports Online Service Plans Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version which is provided for information purposes only
